Spring Payment Plan Information

For Orders Placed by December 25th for Spring Chicken Coop Delivery

 

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans are valid for Spring deliveries, that is, March, April, and May deliveries.
  • Orders need to be placed before 12/25/17.
  • An initial $500 deposit is required to set up your payment plan.
  • After the deposit is made, you can decide when and how many times you’d like to make payments until your balance is paid off.¬†Total payment needs to be made 6 weeks before your deliver by date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For a full refund of your deposit and any payments you have made, cancellation must be made 6 weeks before your deliver by date. If you cancel  4 weeks or less before your deliver-by date, all payments will be refunded except your initial $500 deposit, which will be held as a restocking fee. Because our coops are custom made to your specifications, we unfortunately must require this. If you have ordered an in-stock coop without customization, you will not need to pay the restocking fee unless it is already out for delivery.
